SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your purchase. We ship using USPS. When your order has been filled and is ready for shipment you will receive a tracking number to the email associated with the purchase.
Your PayPal receipt is confirmation that your order was received. Also check spam or junk email folder, sometimes the payment receipt goes there.
At this time, company policy is that we will only ship to the address linked to the credit card or PayPal of the customer. Once the package has left USPS, Urban Ink Clothing. is no longer liable for the package. International shipping takes approximately 10-15 business days, with longer shipping times around holidays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We take pride in being meticulous with every order, making sure all our customers needs are met. With that said, All sales are final. However, if there may have been a mistake with sizing, definitely send us an email within (2) days of the purchased date and we'll get you the size you were looking for.
